  • The name draws from two of the most essential, time honored ingredients in cooking: salt and butter. Both are simple, grounding, and deeply nourishing, a reminder that nutrition should feel intuitive, comforting, and joyful.

  • We start with a free 15-minute discovery call so I can learn more about you and what kind of support you’re looking for. From there, we’ll decide together which service or package makes the most sense for your goals. If we move forward, you’ll complete intake paperwork before your first session so I can get a full picture of your health history, symptoms, and lifestyle. We’ll take it step by step from there.

  • This is a 15-minute call to connect, talk through what you’re experiencing, and see if we’re a good fit. I’ll ask a few questions to get a sense of your goals and share how I typically work with clients. There’s no pressure, just a chance to explore whether working together feels aligned.

  • It depends on the level of support you’re looking for. Most clients begin with a 3-month package, which includes an in-depth intake, personalized plan, and follow-up sessions to support progress, that package is $975. I also offer à la carte sessions and longer-term options depending on your needs.

  • Both. If you’re looking for ongoing support, packages are the best fit. They’re designed to build momentum and include messaging support, custom resources, and regular check-ins.   • Your initial intake session is 90 minutes and includes a deep dive into your health history, current symptoms, nutrition patterns, lifestyle, and more. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and begin connecting the dots. From there, I’ll create a personalized plan that we’ll walk through together at your next session. This is about understanding your body, not just managing symptoms.
